What will I be doing?

  • Oversee and drive end-to-end delivery of client projects, owning delivery outcomes across varying levels of complexity.
  • Lead agile ways of working, applying methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean to guide teams and ensure high-quality output.
  • Adapt delivery practices to work effectively within both agile and traditional project or programme structures.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, from first-time contributors to senior leaders in complex commercial settings.
  • Facilitate key agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks while spotting opportunities for improvement and value-added change.
  • Act as a bridge between client delivery and internal operations, contributing to governance, continuous improvement, and communities of practice.
  • Support alignment with central processes, tools, and shared knowledge hubs across the business.

What do I need to be successful?

  • Strong practical understanding of agile principles and proven experience applying Scrum, Kanban, and Lean/Startup methodologies.
  • Experience delivering cloud projects (GCP, AWS or Azure).
  • Strong service delivery experience is desirable.
  • Confident facilitating agile ceremonies and promoting best practice within delivery teams.
  • Awareness of common SDLC techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a clear, concise approach to documentation.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to operate effectively within complex environments.
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities, and paths forward during periods of ambiguity.
  • Ability to motivate teams and bring creativity, positivity, and energy to challenging project phases.
