Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Engineer - (Rollout/Refresh Project)
Location: Field based with travel across the UK
Salary: Competitive day rate (outside IR35)
Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Deliver large scale rollout and refresh of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Commission, configure, and deploy hardware, software, and applications.
• Provide on site technical support and resolve issues during deployment.
• Support device migrations, office moves, and decommissioning of legacy kit.
• Record and track all activities using ticketing/knowledge management tools.
• Maintain compliance with organisational security and IT standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in desktop/laptop rollout, refresh, and device deployment projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune/MDM, and Active Directory.
• Skilled in device builds, application deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Confident in supporting large-scale technical rollouts and migration projects.
• Full UK driving licence essential due to extensive travel.
• Microsoft 365 certifications desirable.
