This is a permanent opportunity within a high-impact delivery enablement team focused on improving developer experience, modernising infrastructure, and enhancing platform resilience across cloud-native environments.

Senior DevOps Engineer Responsibilities

  • Optimise and scale CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, SonarQube, Nexus)

  • Modernise infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, Ansible)

  • Enhance developer productivity through tooling and automation

  • Improve platform observability, reliability, and security

  • Collaborate across engineering, platform, and security teams

  • Support live incident response and root cause analysis

  • Contribute to best practices around deployment and performance

  • Maintain clear documentation and technical standards

Senior DevOps Engineer Requirements

  • 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering

  • Experience with cloud platforms - ideally OCI, also open to AWS or Azure

  • Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Docker

  • Strong Kubernetes knowledge (incl. GitOps: FluxCD or ArgoCD)

  • Hands-on with monitoring tools - Grafana, Prometheus, ELK

  • Strong Linux systems knowledge and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Adaptable, proactive, and quality-driven
