Fruition Group are recruiting for a global company seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst

This organisation operates internationally and delivers innovative technology solutions to support complex business operations. They are looking for an experienced Workday expert to manage, maintain, and optimise their global HR systems.

Role Overview:

You will act as the technical expert for Workday and HR systems, providing 2nd and 3rd line support and working closely with HR and business teams. Your work will involve system configuration, integration management, upgrades, troubleshooting, and supporting reporting and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead for Workday and related HR technology platforms.

  • Provide advanced support to end users and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Manage deployment of system updates and code changes.

  • Maintain and enhance integrations using relevant tools and APIs.

  • Support multiple Workday modules including HR, compensation, absence, learning, talent, and reporting.

  • Lead technical support during system upgrades and vendor fixes.

  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance.

  • Develop and support advanced reporting and dashboard solutions.

  • Explore automation and AI opportunities within Workday.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.

  • Manage vendor relationships and liaise with senior stakeholders.

Candidate requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Workday modules and integrations.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Workday configuration and reporting tools.

  • Proficiency with XML, XSLT, EIB, Workday Studio, and API integrations.

  • Experience managing Workday environments in cloud settings.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Advanced Excel and SQL/data reporting capabilities.

  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance in HR systems.

  • Experience migrating data from legacy HR systems is advantageous.

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

  • Collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
