Role: Senior Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Leeds/Hybrid (2x per week)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
An experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager is needed to join a major transformation programme, taking the lead on the discovery phase across two critical technology projects: an Azure tenant migration and an Active Directory to Entra migration.
This is a high-visibility, customer-facing position. You'll oversee delivery governance, manage stakeholder expectations, track project progress, and drive successful discovery outcomes. Working alongside delivery partners handling the technical discovery, you'll own project coordination, planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Your involvement won't stop at discovery. You'll also play a central part in shaping the teams, delivery approach, and roadmap as the programme moves into implementation.
Key Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong project management background delivering complex technology programmes.
- Proven experience managing project budgets and financials.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business leaders and third-party suppliers.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and programme governance.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and uncertainty whilst maintaining delivery momentum.
Technical Experience
- Experience delivering or managing projects including:
- Azure Tenant Migrations
- Microsoft 365 migrations
- SharePoint migrations
- Data migration programmes
- Active Directory to Microsoft Entra migrations
- Cloud transformation and migration initiatives
