About the role
A fast-paced delivery team is looking for an experienced manual tester to help keep a live B2B poker platform running smoothly across desktop, iOS, and Android. This isn't a generic testing role. Gameplay accuracy is critical, so the team needs someone who understands poker, not just how to follow a test script.

Non-negotiables

• Strong knowledge of live poker play
• Strong knowledge of live poker applications
• Experience of poker gameplay
• Understanding of the mechanics of the games

What you'll be doing

• Running structured and exploratory test cases against C++ application builds
• Digging into defects and following them through to resolution
• Working closely with developers to understand changes and where testing needs to focus
• Helping shape test coverage and planning each build cycle
• Keeping everyone informed on test progress and quality status
• Joining sprint ceremonies as a genuinely embedded part of the team

What you'll bring

• Solid senior-level manual testing experience, with real hands-on execution
• Comfortable testing desktop and native mobile apps on iOS and Android
• A good grip on the SDLC and where QA fits within it
• Able to manage your own workload without being micromanaged
• Clear, confident defect reporting that developers find useful

Nice to have

• Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to automation tools
