We're partnering with a mission-driven health tech start-up using AI to eliminate administrative overload in health care - giving doctors and clinicians more time to focus on what really matters: patient care.

By automating complex, data-heavy work flows, they're accelerating decision-making, improving outcomes, and reducing clinician burnout.

Now, they're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their founding tech team and help scale this impact even further.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end development life cycle from idea to deployment

• Work directly with the CTO and CEO to shape the technical direction and product roadmap

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack systems using Python or C# and modern front end frameworks

• Integrate LLM's into real-world tools and explore new frontiers in AI (experience not necessary but desirable)

• Build and scale cloud-native web services

• Collaborate closely with users, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building scalable systems in Python or C#

• Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular - your choice)

• Solid understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Proficient with relational databases and data modelling

• Experience working in early-stage, greenfield, or high-autonomy environments

• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a drive for impact

• Have built and shipped LLM-powered applications

• Thrive in early-stage, fast-moving environments

• Love solving complex challenges and building from the ground up
