Their multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, researchers, and clinicians is building intelligent software solutions that analyse large-scale healthcare data to support proactive and personalised patient care.

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud-based services that power critical healthcare applications. You'll collaborate closely with product, data, and clinical teams to develop robust solutions that have a direct impact on patient care.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Building and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs

✔ Writing clean, tested, and maintainable code

✔ Developing data ingestion and processing pipelines

✔ Deploying and managing cloud-native applications

✔ Contributing to architectural decisions across infra, automation, and DevOps practices

✔ Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to deliver new features

✔ Coaching & mentoring engineers - with pathways into squad leadership

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Strong backend development experience using Python
• Experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience developing data ingestion or ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
• Experience working with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams

Desirable

• Experience with Node.js
• Previous experience in HealthTech, MedTech, or data-intensive environments
