An exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Solution Architect to join a large, complex organisation on a contract basis. The business is delivering a wide range of technology and platform initiatives and is seeking a Solution Architect to help shape and deliver scalable solutions across a broad enterprise technology landscape.

In this role, the Solution Architect will work across multiple programmes, collaborating with engineering teams, delivery teams and third-party technology partners to design and integrate solutions across customer-facing and internal operational systems. You'll contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring architecture aligns with enterprise standards while supporting delivery across a mix of digital platforms and operational technologies.

You'll play a key role in designing integrations across cloud platforms, internal systems and partner technologies, helping enable new capabilities across both customer-facing platforms and internal systems. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate within a complex ecosystem of internal teams and external delivery partners.

Solution Architect - Key Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience as a Solution Architect within large, enterprise-scale environments
• Experience delivering architecture across complex organisational systems and platforms
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, particularly Azure and Azure integrations
• Experience designing integrations between internal systems and third-party vendors
• Background working within retail environments, with exposure to store or retail technology ecosystems
• Experience working across customer-facing and internal systems
• Understanding of observability, monitoring and alerting across distributed environments
• Strong stakeholder management across technical teams and external delivery partners
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP or similar large-scale systems
