Solutions Engineer - Cybersecurity

Location: Remote, UK (with European travel)

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 basic + 20% Bonus + Full UK Corporate Benefits

Fruition Group is delighted to be partnering with a global Cybersecurity vendor to hire an experienced Customer Solutions Engineer in the UK.

A leading global provider of SOAR solutions, they empower enterprise businesses to automate and streamline their security operations.

With a rapidly expanding product suite and a reputation for technical innovation, they are seeking a talented Customer Solutions Engineer to join their UK team. This is a remote-based role with regular travel across Europe to engage with enterprise customers.

Overview:

• You will be the technical owner of existing customer relationships, working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to drive solution adoption, identify up-sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through on-boarding, implementation, and ongoing technical success, while proactively recommending new use cases and integration's.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical on-boarding and implementation, ensuring solutions align with customer goals.
• Act as the primary technical contact for post-implementation support and ongoing customer success.
• Monitor customer health, adoption, and usage, addressing issues and driving satisfaction.
• Identify and design new automation use cases, supporting up-sell and expansion opportunities.
• Advise on integration's, scalability, and best practices to maximise customer value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to represent the customer voice and improve products.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and enablement materials.

Candidate Requirements:

• +3 years demonstrable experience in cybersecurity,
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager),
• Experience with SOAR, SIEM, and security automation platforms is essential,
• Strong technical background in security operations, automation, scripting, and system integration,
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and drive technical adoption and expansion with enterprise customers,
• Willingness and ability to travel across Europe as required,
• Self-starter with a passion for technology, customer success, and continuous improvement.

Package Offer:

• Basic Salary : £80,000 - £100,000
