Job Title: Support Engineer
Location: Wetherby / Hybrid Working (2-3 days per month on-site)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle

Following continued growth, they're looking to add a Support Engineer to their close-knit technical team, providing customer-facing and internal support in a stable, growing business where reliable software plays a key role in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via helpdesk, telephone, email, remote sessions, and face-to-face meetings
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported software issues and service requests
- Offer guidance on the use, configuration, and operation of core software products
- Gather diagnostic information and escalate suspected software defects to the Development Team
- Attend customer meetings to understand requirements and identify practical solutions
- Support customers with infrastructure-related queries affecting software deployment
- Deliver first-line internal IT support to employees, covering accounts, passwords, devices, and general technical issues
- Create and administer user accounts and access permissions
- Escalate software, infrastructure, and IT issues to further lines of support where needed
- Maintain accurate records within support systems and contribute to knowledge base documentation
- Build ongoing product and technical knowledge through structured training
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support, technical support, service desk, or IT support role
- Proven experience managing customer support requests through to resolution
- Strong troubleshooting skills across software and technical issues
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
- Confident communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical users
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Desirable: experience supporting commercial software applications, IIS, SQL Server, or providing remote customer support
