You'll be working closely with both technical and non technical stakeholders, acting as a bridge between clients and engineering teams. You'll take ownership of support issues, ensuring smooth product delivery and high levels of client satisfaction. You'll also play a key role in building out internal processes and mentoring junior colleagues.

This role is perfect for someone with strong SQL skills, a keen eye for data quality, and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges in complex environments. Experience in asset management, financial services, or large-scale data platforms will be a strong advantage.

What experience do I need?

• 3+ years in technical business analysis
• Strong SQL skills - essential
• Experience working with large datasets or financial data
• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Comfortable working independently and owning client relationships
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, C#)
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Exposure to the asset management industry preferred
• Data quality monitoring and process documentation experience
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
