Hal is Head of Electrical, leading Fruition’s Electrical & Electronics offering across the US, with a focus on defense, aerospace, space, robotics and autonomy. Having worked in recruitment since 2014, he loves getting under the skin of emerging technologies and helping ambitious businesses build the teams behind them. Outside of work, Hal spends most of his time in the gym, boxing, following football and, most importantly, being a dad.
